Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information. Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position in the market and maintain a competitive edge. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
