Role Description This is a full-time on-site Legal Intern role located in Bhubaneswar. The Legal Intern will assist in legal research, drafting legal documents, and analyzing case files. Responsibilities include supporting attorneys in preparing for litigation, reviewing legal issues, and maintaining communication with clients. Interns will work on tasks involving corporate law, insolvency proceedings, taxation, and intellectual property matters. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment while working closely with a team of experienced legal professionals. Qualifications Expertise or foundational knowledge in Law, including Corporate Law, Taxation, IP Law, and Insolvency proceedings Basic skills in Legal Consulting and Legal Issues analysis Experience or familiarity with Legal Document Preparation and review Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively Ability to conduct in-depth legal research and analyze complex regulations Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Enrollment in or completion of a law degree (LLB or equivalent) is required Prior internships or experience in a legal firm is a plus
