Job Title:* Field Sales Executive – ISP / Telecom Sales Department:* Sales & Marketing Reports To:* Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head Location:* Pune/Baner Job Summary:* The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and managing existing customers for the company’s broadband and telecom services. The role involves door-to-door sales, meeting with potential customers, understanding their internet needs, and offering suitable plans and solutions. Key Responsibilities:* 1. Sales & Business Development* * Identify and approach potential residential and commercial customers for broadband and telecom services. * Conduct door-to-door, field visits, and area mapping to generate new leads. * Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers clearly and persuasively. * Convert leads into sales by completing customer onboarding and installation requests. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. *2. Customer Relationship Management* * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. * Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. * Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex ones to the technical/support team. 3. Market Intelligence* * Gather information about competitors’ products, pricing, and market trends. * Provide regular feedback to management for product and service improvement. 4. Reporting & Coordination* * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups. * Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. * Coordinate with installation and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery. Key Skills & Competencies:* * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and persuasion ability. * Self-motivated and target-oriented. * Good understanding of telecom/internet services and customer needs. * Ability to work independently in the field. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Qualifications & Experience:* * *Education:* Minimum 10+2; Graduate preferred (in any discipline). * *Experience:* 0–3 years in direct sales, preferably in ISP/Telecom/DTH/FMCG sectors. * *License:* Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
