Role Overview As a Regional Talent Manager, you are on the front lines of our mission—responsible for scouting, vetting, and managing emerging talent within your assigned territory. You will act as both talent discoverer and developer, helping us identify raw brilliance in overlooked places and nurturing them into stars. This role combines elements of talent scouting, cultural intuition, community building, and strategic management. Responsibilities Scouting & Outreach Actively scout local talent in acting, modeling, music, digital content, sports, or other standout verticals Attend cultural events, college festivals, local shoots, performances, and digital platforms (Instagram, Moj, Josh, TikTok) Develop partnerships with local institutions (drama schools, music academies, colleges, etc.) Talent Vetting Conduct first-round interviews or screenings Record and submit video/photo profiles with feedback Assess for star potential using Naya Sitara’s criteria Talent Development Serve as a point-of-contact and mentor for new talent in your region Help onboard selected individuals into the agency system Coordinate with HQ for training, coaching, and content creation Reporting Maintain a clean scouting tracker (weekly submissions + monthly summary reports) Attend virtual check-ins with the President and Founder Collaborate with other regional managers and creative team Qualifications Deep familiarity with the entertainment or creator landscape in your region A great eye for raw talent and emotional intelligence to build trust Existing connections with local influencers, artists, or performance circles is a big plus Highly organized, self-driven, and culturally aware Experience in casting, talent management, production, events, or creative media preferred Compensation Commission-based incentives for every talent signed and retained Performance-based bonuses linked to talent deals, campaign wins, and breakout stars Priority consideration for future full-time leadership positions within Naya Sitara Regions We're Actively Hiring For: North India (Delhi, Punjab, UP, Rajasthan) South India (Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala) Bangladesh Pakistan (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) Sri Lanka & Nepal Apply Now Send your resume to careers@nayasitara.com
