Job Summary:We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and support smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:Assist in food preparation for café menu items such as sandwiches, salads, quick bites, and desserts. Follow recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency. Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas. Check and maintain stock levels; report shortages promptly. Handle food safely, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly. Maintain a positive, cooperative attitude and contribute to a smooth workflow.
