Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to healthcare clients for order generation and repeat business. Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure excellent customer service and relationship building. Follow up with customers for pending orders, payments, and tenders, especially in government and institutional business. Support the sales team in tender documentation and submission. Prepare quotations, invoices, and billing documents as per company policies. Maintain and update inventory records and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatches. Prepare and manage Excel reports, Word documents, and email correspondence. Assist in overall office administration and coordination activities. Ensure accurate record-keeping of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.
