Job Responsibilities 1. Handle inbound and outbound NRI sales leads across digital, referral, and channel partner networks. 2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties aligned with their needs and investment goals. 3. Effectively communicate project USPs, pricing, payment plans, legal formalities, and handover timelines to NRI clients. 4. Coordinate virtual site visits and manage all communication across time zones. 5. Build long-term relationships with clients through continuous engagement and personalized service. 6. Work closely with CRM, Legal, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth post-sale support. 7. Keep abreast of real estate market trends and compliance-related updates relevant to NRIs. 8. Maintain sales funnel, update CRM tools, and submit weekly reports to the HOD. Qualifications Any UG /PG in Business/Marketing 3+ years' of real estate sales experience
The candidate that will succeed in this position will be able to create all the testing and automation frameworks as required for their projects. Thus, the candidate may have to work on multiple projects once, also working to improve the company's best practices from a testing a standpoint. Responsibilities Doing mandatory inspection of works as per checklist to all sites. Preparing the ISO test report. Checking material at in house plant while receiving. Planning & Checking of all material at 3 rd party lab as per acceptance criteria. Generate report and bring flaws to notice of superiors. Check the Mivan technology form work & reinforcement of wall and roof slab and monitoring concreting. Concrete quality check at plant and site. Walls/Columns marking checking. Single layer block work checks. Toilet & terrace waterproofing check. Final inspection of flats Final inspection of common area. In house testing for materials. Random check on safety. Doing any other official works assigned by superiors. Submitting KRA & KPI reports, Inspection reports & inputs for MRM. Planning & executing the calibration of monitoring & Measuring devices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil 4-5 years relevant testing experience Team player
