Product Management & Strategy Conduct market research to understand farmer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Develop product strategies and positioning to align with company goals. Support product launches, demonstrations, and field trials. Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Marketing & Sales Support Assist in preparing sales budget plans and align marketing campaigns with sales targets. Work closely with Regional Managers to execute marketing programs across states. Generate demand through branding campaigns, distributor meets, and farmer engagement activities. Vendor & Promotional Management Plan and execute promotional material development with vendors. Ensure timely procurement, quality checks, and distribution of marketing resources. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Serve as license holder for assigned states. Manage documentation for seed licensing, approvals, and compliance. Handle IBSC-related meetings and related regulatory coordination. Export & Documentation Prepare and manage export-related documentation in line with compliance requirements. Digital Marketing & Branding Plan, create, and execute campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Enhance brand visibility and digital presence to support demand generation. Market Data Analysis Analyse sales and market data to identify growth opportunities. Provide insights for product planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
