Your Mission As Tech Co-Founder (CTO) , you will lead the product architecture and technology roadmap of NaukriScore from MVP to national and global scale. You’ll work closely with the founder to: Architect and develop the core employment scoring engine Design a secure, scalable SaaS platform for employers, HRs, and employees Build the consent management and audit trail system (DPDP Act-compliant) Implement AI & Blockchain integrations for feedback validation and fraud prevention Lead early tech hiring, vendor selection, and code quality standards Drive the company’s IP, data security, and compliance architecture Represent the tech vision in investor, incubation, and partnership meetings Key Responsibilities Architect the MVP and scale the backend architecture using modern stacks Build the core modules : Aadhaar-based KYC and verification flow Consent-based data access and logs HR feedback ingestion and scoring system Blockchain ledger for audit & verification Employee dispute and versioned score system Develop the AI-based scoring model using structured behavioural parameters Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for security, uptime, and cost efficiency Maintain high data integrity, compliance with DPDP & IT Acts Collaborate with front-end, AI, and blockchain interns to ship product features Build and manage the tech roadmap aligned with business and fundraising milestones Required Skills & Experience 5–12 years of experience in Full-Stack / Backend / SaaS architecture Strong command over: Node.js / Python (Django/Flask) PostgreSQL / Supabase / MongoDB React / Next.js / REST APIs AWS / GCP (India region preferred) Proven track record in building secure, scalable platforms Knowledge of: Aadhaar / e-KYC / DPDP compliance systems Data encryption, access control, OAuth 2.0, and consent architecture Blockchain (Hyperledger / Polygon / Solidity) AI/ML pipelines for scoring & data validation Experience in product scaling, DevOps, CI/CD, and API integration Entrepreneurial drive, technical depth, and ownership mentality What We’re Offering 💼 Equity-based Co-Founder Role (no salary initially) Core equity stake based on contribution and commitment Legal ESOP agreement post 3 months of collaboration Recognition as Co-Founder & CTO in all official documentation, decks, and filings Active participation in fundraising, incubation programs, and IP filings Access to DTU incubation support, investor connects, and patent counsel Ideal Fit You’re a builder — not just a coder.
