We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our overseas education team. The role involves calling prospective students and parents, explaining MBBS abroad opportunities, and guiding them through the admission and application process. The candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments. Make outbound calls to students/parents who have shown interest in MBBS abroad. Provide detailed information on universities, courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process. Maintain and update the CRM / lead database with accurate student details. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email until closure. Schedule counseling sessions or seminars/webinars with senior counselors. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle basic queries about scholarships, visa process, and documentation (training will be provided). Build trust and rapport with students and parents by addressing their concerns.
