Guest Relations:Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience Handle guest queries, concerns, or feedback professionally and promptly Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any service complaints Record guest preferences and coordinate with other departments for personalized service Ensure guest areas (reception, lounge, restaurant) are always presentable and welcoming Restaurant Operations:Coordinate daily dining reservations, table allocations, and floor setup Supervise restaurant staff to ensure timely and quality service Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance standards in dining areas Assist in menu presentations, upselling, and promoting in-house offerings Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth food and beverage delivery Administrative & Coordination Duties:Maintain guest records, reservation logs, and service reports Collaborate with front office, housekeeping, and kitchen teams Assist in event planning and VIP guest management when required Report daily guest feedback and suggest improvements to management
