The Business Owner will be responsible for overseeing the business operations, developing and implementing strategies to promote company growth, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. They will also manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, while striving to enhance overall business performance. In addition, the Business Owner will lead the team, foster a productive work environment, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Business Management and Strategic Planning skills Financial Planning and Budgeting experience Leadership and Team Management abilities Knowledge of Industry Regulations and Compliance Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the rubber industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
