We are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries related to CNG kit fitment in cars. Your primary role will be to convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings by providing accurate information, addressing customer concerns, and scheduling appointments for cng kit installation in old and new cars such as Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Chevrolet, Nissan Motors Etc Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from potential customers interested in CNG kit installation. Explain CNG kit options, pricing, and benefits to customers. Persuade and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Schedule appointments for CNG kit installation at our workshop. Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow-ups. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. REQUIREMENT: Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently. Basic knowledge of CNG kits and car models (training will be provided). Proficiency in handling CRM software and call logs (preferred).
