We are seeking a Dynamic Sales Representative &Executive with proven experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in edible oil or grocery products, who can drive sales, appoint distributors, and ensure consistent growth in primary and secondary sales. Role & responsibilities Identify, appoint, and manage new distributors and stockiest in the assigned territory. Drive primary and secondary sales across channels. Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Monitor and analyze sales performance ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct regular market visits to ensure availability, visibility, and promotional activities. Collaborate with marketing teams for executing trade promotions and schemes. Competitor analysis and reporting on market trends. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 5 years of field sales experience in FMCG Strong distribution network knowledge in local markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented with strong problem-solving attitude.
