Job_Description":" We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Job Description Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, ITAM, SPM, etc.). Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions. Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Design and implement service catalog items with associated workflows and fulfillment automation. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and project lifecycle phases. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for ServiceNow configurations and processes. Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance. Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development, security, and data integrity. Requirements Requirements Candidate should be able to perform in a dynamically changing environment. Should have prior hands-on working experience in ServiceNow platform ServiceNow Platform Configurations and ServiceNow Scripting, Best practices Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / web service / JSON will be added advantage Ability to work with clients and partners directly and handle crunched timelines Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Desired) ITIL Certifications (desired) At least 1 mainline ServiceNow Implementation Certification (Desired) Experience& Background BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc/BCA Implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow ITIL/ServiceNow Certifications will be an added advantage.
