National Service Lead - EcoFlow

The role involves managing inverter installation and commissioning either independently or with a team to ensure smooth execution. You will be responsible for providing on-site and telephonic support to customers in your region and PAN India, addressing queries and service requests effectively. Detailed troubleshooting and analysis of inverters at customer sites will be crucial to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, maintaining and updating customer project information in shared folders to ensure accurate and timely records is a key responsibility. You will be required to regularly monitor inverter performance, collect generation data, and provide customer feedback for product improvement. Conducting product training for customers, both on-site and remotely, and traveling within the region or PAN India as necessary will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of power electronics, solar inverters, PV modules, and solar power plants. A Diploma/BE/B-Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering is required for this role. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and the team. The minimum required experience for this position is 3-5 years.
