National Sales Manager (India)

You are an experienced and result-oriented National Sales Manager in India for the Taylor Hobson business unit at AMETEK. Located at the Bangalore office, you will drive growth across multiple markets by developing strategic sales and service growth plans. Reporting to the Global Sales & Marketing Director in the UK, you will collaborate with business and manufacturing leadership to create and execute strategies, develop growth plans, and provide sales and production forecasts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a strategic plan for double-digit growth across all regions and products annually - Manage direct and indirect sales channels to exceed national GDP growth - Innovate the sales organization infrastructure and develop the sales, applications, and service team - Manage and continuously review Channel Partners/distributors in the region - Consolidate and embed a new CRM system into sales and service team processes - Review and improve the go-to-market strategy, gather market intelligence, and identify new opportunities - Provide sales plan and support for new product introductions, focusing on accurate sales forecasting - Manage pricing and discounting strategies for profitable growth - Develop Key Account relationships with major companies and work on a communication strategy for lead generation - Report performance feedback to BU management Required Skills: - Experience in managing distribution channels and selling high-value capital goods - Strong product knowledge and experience in managing sales, service, and application teams Desired Skills: - Good communication skills in English for technical and commercial subjects Experience: - 10-15 years of experience in Sales & Service Educational Qualification: - MTech/BTech/BE degree, MBA preferred AMETEK, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions with annual sales exceeding $7.0 billion.
