Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Chennai. The Sales Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, managing sales operations, and executing channel sales strategies. The role involves interacting with clients, identifying their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge. Qualifications Experience in Customer Service and Lead Generation Strong Communication skills Proficiency in Sales Operations Experience in Channel Sales Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the paint or coatings industry is a plus
