Conduct follow-up calls with prospective students and ensure admissions. Manage front desk operations: walk-in enquiries, calls, and student queries. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and student progress. Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth day-to-day operations. Assist in outreach and promotional activities to attract students. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling / front desk management at a computer institute or similar educational setup. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong counselling and persuasive ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, data entry). Self-motivated and capable of handling responsibilities independently. Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based incentives on admissions
