Duties and Responsibilities Relevant Retail fixtures, furniture and display (Display Fit outs) Industry experience of minimum 8 years Overall Monitoring and supervision in Plant area Taking reports from electrical engineers Handling the machinery breakdown, take initiative for increasing mass production Ensuring that all daily operations of the plant run smooth and effectively. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management Responsible for TPM, Major cause handling, part replacement follow-up, reducing accidents Allocate resources effectively Prepare budgets using various forecasting models Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus Technical Skills Electrical Engineer or diploma holder from reputed institute Complete technical knowledge of Machineries handling such as CNC, Power press, Plasma, Beam saw, panel saw Strong Communication skills and commanding on handling labour related issues Problem solver and delegating the work to the team and same way communicate them to adhere the guidelines
