The ideal candidate will have 45 years of proven experience in US IT staffing, excellent sourcing skills, and a deep understanding of the US job market and hiring practices. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and submit candidates for IT roles using job boards, internal tools, and referrals. Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Work with various employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens). Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Coordinate interviews and feedback between clients and candidates. Build and maintain strong pipelines for future hiring needs. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets. Requirements: 45 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment. In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes, visa types, and tax terms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
