The ideal person will be somebody who has solid experience in Planning/Scheduling and Reporting in a Customer service process Chats + Calls + Emails in this order. --- WFM Professional: 1. Forecasting - Predict call volumes, customer interactions, or workload. Analyze historical data, trends, and business changes. Estimate how many staff will be needed daily/hourly. 2. Staff Scheduling - Create efficient staff schedules to meet demand. Balance shift timings, breaks, and off days. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employee preferences (where possible). 3. Real-Time Monitoring - Monitor live performance (e.g., call queues, agent availability). Adjust staffing or shift plans on the fly to handle unexpected demand or absenteeism. 4.
