Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with over 5 years of expertise in planning, execution, and supervision of civil works. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of CPWD norms, NIT, GCC and strong liaisoning skills with government officers, and the ability to lead projects strategically from start to finish. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and manage civil construction projects as per drawings, BOQs, and CPWD specifications. 2. Ensure compliance with CPWD norms, codes, and guidelines in all projects. 3. Handle liaisoning with government officers and departments for project approvals and clearances. 4. Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery. 5. Prepare project estimates, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. 6. Conduct quality control checks for materials and work execution. 7. Review drawings, technical documents, and ensure site work adheres to safety and quality standards. 8. Maintain project documentation, billing, and reporting to management . 9. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution. 10. Strategize for cost optimization, risk management, and effective project delivery. Required Qualifications & Skills 1. Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2. 5+ years of proven work experience in civil engineering (preferably govt./infrastructure projects). 3. Strong knowledge of NIT, GCC and other CPWD Contract Procedures. 4. Strong knowledge of IS codes, tendering, and BOQ preparation. 5. Excellent liaisoning, communication, and negotiation skills. 6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office , and project management tools. 7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities. 8. Willingness to travel to project sites. 9.
