Role Description This is a full-time role for an Air Export EDI Specialist at Narendra Exim Logistics India Private Limited. The role is on-site and located in Delhi, India. The daily tasks include managing air export operations, ensuring compliance with export regulations, coordinating with freight forwarders and airlines, and handling electronic data interchange (EDI) processes. The specialist will also be responsible for providing customer service and training junior staff on export procedures. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Customer Service skills to provide excellent service and address client inquiries and concerns Experience with Export and Freight processes to manage and streamline export operations Ability to provide Training to junior staff and ensure adherence to export procedures Familiarity with EDI processes and related software Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of export regulations and compliance Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
