Responsibilities of a Public Relations Officer: 1. Develop and Maintain Client Relationships Build strong and positive relationships with local clients, including schools, education centers, primary and pre-primary institutions. 2. Collect Marketing Data Gather relevant marketing information from various sources to support the organization’s strategies and decision-making. 3. Organize Meetings and Seminars Plan and conduct seminars, meetings, and client interactions, and collect necessary feedback and data from these events. 4. Field Visits for Data Collection Conduct field visits to identify new opportunities and collect updated information from potential clients or areas. 5. Event Management and Data Collection Coordinate and manage organizational events, ensuring smooth execution and gathering relevant participant data. 6. Door-to-Door Outreach Visit households or institutions door-to-door to collect data, share information about the organization, and build outreach.
