About the Role Were looking for a razor-sharp, detail-obsessed Growth Manager to join our Growth Team with a program management inclination to manage Go-To-Market (GTM) execution from idea to impact. You’ll be the glue that binds strategy and execution—ensuring we launch products, offers, and growth initiatives on time, on point, and with zero chaos . Think of yourself as the air traffic controller for GTMs—coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops, and more to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Program Management & Execution Own end-to-end GTM program management —from coordinating idea scoping to launch and early-stage tracking. Translate GTM strategies into execution-ready plans with clear timelines, owners, dependencies, and checklists. Identify overlaps, sequence dependencies, and anticipate bottlenecks before they become fires. GTM Planning & Strategy Ops Deeply understand the building blocks of GTM design— customer segmentation, pricing strategies, messaging, channel mix, and launch sequencing . Take initiatives from idea to execution-ready —detailing them out with clear goals, timelines, and ownership. Spend time on-ground —visit clinics, engage with doctors, staff, and sales teams to elicit growth ideas and uncover operational insights. Act as a thought partner to stakeholders, helping shape raw inputs into structured plans with tangible next steps . Drive alignment by setting clear expectations, shared timelines, and cross-functional visibility . Operational Rigor Establish and maintain clear tracking systems to monitor GTM execution across teams, workstreams, and initiatives. Drive end-to-end execution — from idea validation (e.g. engaging with doctors, internal stakeholders) to launch — ensuring structured 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) planning for every new initiative. Implement governance frameworks like weekly check-ins, status syncs, and stakeholder huddles to ensure alignment, accountability, and momentum. Build and maintain live dashboards to track progress against set goals — ensuring visibility of KPIs, roadblocks, and outcomes. Set up weekly trackers and reporting cadences to proactively surface wins, misses, and required interventions — so nothing critical slips through the cracks. Issue Resolution & Risk Management Proactively flag risks, blockers, and at-risk items before they derail timelines. Close execution gaps—unclear ownership, missed deadlines, enablement gaps, etc. Ensure nothing on the critical path slips —ever. Reporting & Funnel Tracking Own the Business Intelligence (BI) charter for the team — consolidate, maintain, and publish key business metrics and dashboards in one centralized source of truth. Set up and manage reporting cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track initiative performance, campaign effectiveness, and revenue contribution. Collaborate with Analytics or Ops to define formats for GTM funnel metrics and revenue tracking - from lead generation to conversion and retention. Ensure data-driven decision-making by building visibility into initiative-level impact, cohort behavior, and emerging trends across service lines. Who You Are You’ve got 2–5 years of experience in program management, consulting, growth ops, category growth, or similar cross-functional roles. Comfortable with both strategy and execution—whiteboard to spreadsheet Master of structured thinking, project planning, and clear communication. You don’t chase tasks—you chase outcomes. You're not afraid of a messy situation; you bring order and clarity to it. Nice-to-Have Familiarity with tools like Basecamp, Air table, Excel, and funnel dashboarding tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau/any other equivalent). Experience in fast-paced startup environments or GTM-heavy roles in B2C/B2B2C businesses. Working with Us You’ll work closely with the Growth Lead, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams—essentially anyone who touches the GTM flywheel. We’re a fast-paced, high-ownership team where outcomes matter more than org charts.
