Position Summary: The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing distribution channels, and ensuring effective market execution in the assigned territory. The role includes appointing and managing super stockists, distributors, and sales executives to achieve sales and visibility targets. Key Responsibilities: Appoint and manage super stockists, distributors, and sales representatives in the assigned area. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets . Monitor secondary and primary sales to ensure effective product movement. Plan and execute trade promotions, schemes, and merchandising activities . Ensure proper market coverage and outlet expansion. Train and motivate the sales team for better performance and productivity. Track competitor activities and report market intelligence. Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth business operations. Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis . Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, bakery, confectionery, or food industry . Strong experience in channel sales, distribution management, and team handling . Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
