Job ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and ensure smooth check-in/check-out. Manage bookings across online travel portals (Booking.com, Hostelworld, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.). Handle walk-in inquiries, room allocation, payments, and billing. Guest Experience Assist guests with local information, directions, transport, events, and recommendations. Maintain hostel culture by encouraging a positive, respectful, community-oriented environment. Address guest queries, requests, or complaints promptly and professionally. Coordination & Administration Update occupancy charts, guest records, cash/UPI payments, and daily reports. Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness and cleanliness. Maintain reception area, common spaces, and ensure hostel rules are followed. Safety & Compliance Monitor entry/exit, ensure only verified guests enter dorms. Follow fire, safety, and property security guidelines. Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Basic computer knowledge + comfort with OTA channels. Customer service mindset with a friendly, approachable personality. Ability to multitask and handle pressure during rush hours. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Work ScheduleRotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night). 6 days working.
