We're looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a field sales role focused on driving sales of domestic Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purifiers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a customer-centric approach, and a strong desire to succeed. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate new sales leads through door-to-door visits, cold calling, and networking within the assigned territory, specifically in the Seema Hall area. Customer Engagement: Conduct on-site visits to potential customers' homes to demonstrate the features and benefits of our domestic RO systems. Sales and Negotiations: Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions. Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and market feedback in a timely manner. Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the water purification industry. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. A confident, determined, and self-motivated personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role. Experience in the water purification or a related domestic appliance industry is a plus.
