Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Marketing Executive will develop and execute market strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include market planning, conducting market research, identifying and building relationships with potential clients, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends and providing actionable insights to improve performance and customer engagement. Qualifications Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to develop effective strategies and understand industry trends. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills to manage multiple Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Marketing, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and optimize strategies. Execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) & promotions Collaborate with technical & operations teams for product support Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred tasks Generate leads & acquire B2B / B2C clients (car detailing centers, showrooms, workshops) Build relationships with partners, distributors & influencers
