Greet and assist customers in the showroom or lot. Understand and discuss customer requirements to recommend suitable vehicles. Conduct test drives with potential customers. Present financing options and negotiate pricing. Prepare and process all sales paperwork. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and automotive trends. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Achieve monthly sales targets High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
