The role primarily involves data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks related to insurance sales. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of MS Word, internet usage, and at least one year of relevant experience in data processing or administrative support. --- Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate and timely data entry of insurance sales-related information into internal systems. Maintain and update customer records, policy details, and other relevant data. Assist in preparing sales reports, documentation, and correspondence. Ensure proper digital filing and documentation of policies and related paperwork. Communicate with internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies or missing information. Support the sales team with backend administrative tasks. Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards. --- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or administrative roles. Basic working knowledge of MS Word, email tools, and internet browsing. Good typing speed and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills.
