As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and executing marketing strategies. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, conducting product presentations, overseeing sales processes, and supporting the development of promotional campaigns. You will also deliver training sessions to ensure team members are aligned with company goals. Qualifications B2B Project Lead generation. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and manage accounts efficiently. Ability to conduct Training sessions to enhance team performance and alignment. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with the electrical industry or a technical background is a plus.
