As an Inventory Executive, your primary responsibilities will include receiving materials from vendors in accordance with purchase orders and vendor invoices. You will be responsible for physically inspecting the quantity and quality of materials, identifying any discrepancies such as shortages, excesses, damages, incorrect deliveries, or items nearing expiry. Additionally, you will handle the receiving of materials on ERP modules and process bill submissions. It will be crucial for you to maintain effective communication with vendors and the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials. You will also collaborate with internal teams to manage existing inventory and facilitate the internal transfer of stock between centers as needed. A key aspect of your role will involve generating various reports including inward and outward material movements, internal transfers, damaged or expired items, and current stock levels. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory handling or warehouse management. Proficiency in Excel and prior experience working with an ERP system is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, and familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems will be beneficial.
