Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site activities, from material planning and execution to billing. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling all site operations, preparing indents for materials, coordinating with vendors, and managing the process of raising RA bills as per project milestones. Key Responsibilities: Site Execution & Supervision: Supervise and monitor site execution activities to ensure quality and timely completion. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and subcontractors for work progress. Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. Material Management: Prepare and manage material indents based on project needs. Coordinate with purchase or stores department to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain inventory records and check quality of materials received. Billing & Documentation: Prepare and submit RA (Running Account) bills as per work progress. Verify and record daily work progress reports and labor deployment. Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and measurement sheets. Coordinate with the billing department for documentation and approvals. Coordination & Reporting: Interact with project managers, consultants, and clients for site-related updates. Maintain records of site activities, inspections, and quality checks. Ensure all work is done in compliance with approved construction drawings and BOQ. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in site execution, billing, and material management. Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and billing procedures. Familiarity with project documentation, RA billing, and quantity estimation. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project or ERP systems). Strong organizational and communication skills.
