Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Waterproofing Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing waterproofing projects, ensuring quality control, managing site staff, and maintaining project schedules. They will conduct site inspections, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for reporting project progress and resolving any issues that arise on-site. Qualifications Experience in project management and quality control Strong understanding of waterproofing techniques and materials Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage and lead a team effectively Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus Prior experience in the waterproofing industry is preferred Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
