Our operations are headquartered in Mumbai , with a modern weaving facility located in Tarapur, Boisar (Maharashtra) . Position Overview: We are looking for a Suiting Master to oversee design development, yarn procurement, colour matching, production planning, and sampling coordination for our suiting fabric lines. The ideal candidate should bring both technical expertise and creative vision , capable of balancing aesthetics with production efficiency. We welcome both experienced professionals from top textile firms and young, design-driven masters with fresh perspectives and a modern work approach. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning: Prepare and monitor weaving schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Yarn Ordering & Colour Matching: Manage yarn procurement, shade approvals, and vendor coordination. Design Development: Conceptualize new suiting designs aligned with market trends and customer requirements. Sampling & Quality Assurance: Oversee sample creation, loom trials, and ensure consistency in production batches. Production Control: Track daily loom performance, minimize wastage, and maintain production efficiency. Export Delivery Management: Coordinate with internal teams to meet tight international shipping and client deadlines . Factory Coordination: Visit the Tarapur unit 2–3 times a month to ensure alignment between the design and production teams. Market & Trend Research: Stay updated on evolving fabric technologies, global trends, and finishing techniques. Team Collaboration: Work closely with management, merchandising, and QC teams to maintain workflow and product standards. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in suiting fabric development, weaving, or textile production. Prior experience with leading textile companies (Raymond, Siyaram’s, Donear, or similar) preferred. Strong knowledge of Poly Wool, Viscose Lycra, Linen blends , and modern suiting constructions. Sound understanding of loom operations, yarn counts, and finishing processes . Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure situations in an export-driven environment. Proficient in colour matching, texture design, and fabric testing standards. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
