JOB DESCRIPTION Admissions responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Counselling the prospective students via Phone, Email and in person ? Follow up over the emails/ phone calls etc. ? Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls, converting them into admissions. ? Handling queries over telephone, emails and walk-ins. ? Face to Face counselling of the prospective students and converting them to admissions. ? Maintain effective communication till the time the learner is onboarded. ? Maintain admission guidelines by writing, updating, and recommending changes to admission criteria, policies and procedures. ? Generate MIS Reports on a periodic basis. ? Contribute to admissions by promotions, creating awareness, various activities and workshops to increase walk- ins,etc. ( e.g. presentations and videos ). ? Prepares admissions reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends. Academics responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Maintaining the calendar of schedules for respective batches and Academic data records. ? To make sure all centre/student related activities run smoothly. ? Organize events and induction programs for students & teachers. ? Participate in education events, in-house events, fairs and engage with the student community. ? Contribute & Implement to the planners and curriculum material and ensure the availability of the same with the teachers and students. ? Keep a track of assignments, learner resource distribution, examinations & evaluations. Operations & Administration responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Keep close coordination with all members, teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure effective functioning of the academic & non-academic activities. ? To assist the accounts department in collection of fees. ? To oversee/ facilitate vendor & faculty payment. ? To maintain all records regarding students, faculty, resources, infrastructure etc. Desired Skills: ? Experience of working on Lead Management System (LMS), preferred ? Excellent Communication skills. ? Experience in Undergraduate & Postgraduate student counselling and tele-counseling. ? Should be able to handle Face to Face counselling. ? Should be able to handle multiple calls. ? Confident & Energetic candidate with a positive approach on conversions. ? Able to work on targets. ? Well versed with Google Sheets, Google Meet, Zoom, Word, Excel, Powerpoint Show more Show less
