Legal Documentation & Transaction Support: - Draft and vet financing documents specific to FPOs (Loan Agreements, Hypothecation, Guarantees, etc.) - Customize security documents for asset-based or produce-backed lending - Register charges with ROC, CERSAI where applicable 2.
