The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in our projects. This includes overseeing the installation of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with building codes, and collaborating with other engineering disciplines. The engineer will also monitor project costs, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications Experienced with 6 to 10 years Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering skills Experience in MEP Coordination and Building Services Knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical Engineering principles Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus Proficiency in relevant CAD software and MEP design tools
