Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Intern to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This paid internship is a hybrid role designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to business operations, strategic planning, project execution, and customer experience within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manages the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) and posts regular, engaging content. Brainstorms creative campaign ideas and helps execute them end-to-end. Edits and creates Reels, Stories, and video content tailored to trending formats and audience interests. Shoots behind-the-scenes and event content for high-engagement posts. Designs eye-catching graphics and banners for the company’s events, promotions, and product launches using Canva or similar tools. Tracks performance using insights and analytics, and iterates based on what works. Plans content calendars in advance, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity. Stays updated with current social media trends, challenges, and algorithms. Brings fresh, fun, and strategic content ideas to the table, especially for Gen Z and millennial audiences. Youll be part of our brand storytelling, content creation, and community engagement journey helping us connect with thousands of women and grow our online presence. Responsibilities Brainstorm and create engaging content (reels, posts, stories) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Assist in managing and scheduling social media calendars. Monitor trends, competitors, and new content ideas to keep our brand fresh and relatable. Engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and collaborations.
