Job Title: Sales Assistant Location: Tiruchirappalli (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in achieving business goals by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a sales career. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely responses Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to support sales activities Monitor inventory and product availability to support customer orders Help organize and participate in sales events, meetings, and trade shows Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a team What We Offer Training Period: 3 months (10,000 INR salary/month) Career growth opportunities within the sales team Ongoing training and mentorship Salary will be raised based on your performance in training period How to Apply Interested candidates can send their resume and a brief cover letter to hr@naamel.com with the subject line "Sales Assistant Application – [Your Name]" .
