Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with the Production Manager and other stakeholders to develop production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet customer demand and delivery targets. Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity. Carry out inspection procedures with clients. Investigate and troubleshoot power quality problems at customer site(s) (e.g. hormonic distortion, voltage sags). Carry out power quality studies at the customers site(s) and draft in-depth reports after analyzing the study data. Provide technical support for power quality-related projects. Commissioning of Power Quality and Energy Management Solution at the Customer site. Determine the clients power quality and energy management requirements. Your work will require travelling outstation. Skill Set and Experience Qualification: Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience: 2 or more years of experience in power quality analysis, electrical engineering or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidate should be having knowledge of Electrical drawings, Single Line diagrams and Bill of Materials. Knowledge of panel assembly and testing procedures. Fundamental understanding of electrical systems. Should have brief understanding of IoT, GSM, RS-485 etc. Ability to put together technical specifications, drawings and other documentation for power quality and energy management solutions. Fluency in spoken and written English. Technical troubleshooting and demonstrated problem solving skills.
