Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight Develop, implement, and maintain the IATF 16949-compliant QMS . Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Conduct internal audits and manage external audits for certification compliance. Process Improvement & Risk Management Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using tools like Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing . Conduct risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are taken to mitigate quality risks. Supplier & Customer Quality Assurance Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. Address customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions . Maintain strong communication with customers regarding quality expectations . Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and customer-specific requirements. Maintain quality documentation , including control plans, FMEAs, and PPAP submissions. Training & Team Leadership Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices . Lead the quality team , fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
