Role: Sales Officer Managing team of 7-10 Sales representative (SR) in the assigned territory Hiring distributors for the assigned territory for all the sales channels as per company's policy. Traveling throughout an assigned territory along with SR to develop the market, open sales channels in general trade Regional Chain of Stores. Relationship building with all the retailers and managing direct connect with all key retailers/touch points. 5. Monitoring of Secondary Sales in terms of beat wise targets by taking periodic (morning, mid-day and evening) reports from the SRs. Analysing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective offtake and marketing techniques. Ensure timely delivery against the orders booked with zero cancellation and timely claim settlement, if any Providing on job trainings, mentorship to SRs on new products, offers schemes. Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner. 10. Ensuring brand awareness within an assigned territory by assisting the marketing team with suggestions and also regarding competition activity. 1Monitoring competitors sales activity within an assigned territory.
