Role Overview As a Study Abroad Admissions Mentor, you will support students applying for undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programs abroad. You will help them with university selection, profile building, personal statements, and interview skills. This is an ideal role for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about education and mentoring. Key Responsibilities Assist students with researching and shortlisting suitable universities and courses Guide them on application documents (SOPs, essays, resumes, etc.) Support students in identifying and developing their extracurricular profiles Provide basic advice on standardized test preparation (SAT, GRE, IELTS, etc.) Maintain consistent communication with students to track their progress Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills as a mentor Requirements Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) from any recognized university Passion for education and mentoring students Strong written and spoken English skills Willingness to learn about global admissions systems (training provided) Empathetic, approachable, and positive mindset Ability to work independently with attention to detail Nice to Have (not mandatory): Familiarity with study abroad processes Experience supporting peers with applications or academic projects Leadership or volunteering experience during college Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
