Handle after-sales services including follow-ups, customer feedback, and service requests. Requirements: 1. Proven experience (1+ years) in retail sales, preferably in luxury jewelry. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals. Education: Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred)
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media. Maintain professional and prompt communication with clients. Share product details, quotations, payment links, and order updates. Coordinate with customers for custom orders, ring sizing, and design approvals. Manage post-sales support, including exchanges, repairs, and feedback. Coordinate between the design, production, and dispatch teams for order updates. Prepare order sheets, quotations, and invoices. Track payment statuses, follow up for pending balances, and ensure timely collection. Maintain and update CRM/customer records. Coordinate with logistics partners (Bluedart, BVC, etc.) for shipment booking, tracking, and reverse pickups. Ensure accurate dispatch details and timely delivery to customers. Handle any delivery delays, lost shipments, or operational escalations. Maintain records of stock movement, shipments, and returns. Support in backend Shopify or website order management. Key Skills & Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent coordination and follow-up skills. Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Familiar with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, or similar platforms. Knowledge of jewelry or diamond products (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to multitask and handle pressure during festive and peak seasons. Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach. Qualification: Graduate 1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or customer service (preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury industry).
