We are poised to revolutionize how expertise is shared and monetized globally. Role Description This is a full-time/part-time remote role for a Software Engineering Team Lead. The Software Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the software development team. This includes managing the team's workload, providing leadership and mentorship, and ensuring the successful delivery of web applications and other software projects. The role requires hands-on involvement in software development, ensuring adherence to best practices in programming and object-oriented programming (OOP). Qualifications Experience in Software Development and Programming Proven Team Leadership skills Proven expertise in full-stack web development, particularly with Python (Flask/Django) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js). Strong proficiency in database design and management (PostgreSQL). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and deploying scalable applications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus Experience with marketplace platforms or high-transaction systems is a plus.
