Key Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards. Administer payroll and benefits programs & resolve employee queries. Monitor HR metrics and suggest improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree of HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role for at least 7 years. Strong knowledge of HR practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
