Job Description: 🕐 Daily RoutineFirst Half (E-commerce Operations)Generate and verify shipping labels for all daily e-commerce orders (MySpareMarket.com, Amazon, etc.). Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and customer details before dispatch. Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team to ensure timely shipments. Report any order discrepancies or missing items immediately. Second Half (Inventory & Procurement)Conduct daily stock checks — ensure all parts are properly labeled, counted, and stored in the correct bin. Update the inventory system to reflect accurate real-time stock. Identify low-stock / sold-out parts and prepare a purchase or restock list. Coordinate with suppliers to reorder fast-moving parts. Maintain record of open-box, used, or damaged items separately. 📋 Overall ResponsibilitiesMaintain 100% stock accuracy between system stock vs physical stock. Prevent overstock, stockouts, and misplacements. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout.
